The founder of Terra, Jack Phillips graduated from Syracuse University, School of Architecture in 2017. Since Jack has been working tirelessly with geo-chemists, masons, and sculptors to develop this unique quality solution to craftsmanship in architecture. A family man, Jack is in the process of building a home for his wife and 3 children out of geopolymer stone.
Ryan Hastings

With extensive experience in the start-up phase of business, Ryan successfully founded and developed a regional real estate investment and property management company from the ground up. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Norwich University in Vermont, which complements his entrepreneurial expertise. At Terra, Ryan leverages his unique blend of engineering principles and business acumen to drive innovation and operational excellence.

A design consultant with a number of medium scale residence projects, Stanislav is excited to explore the interface between digital design and the built world with Terra. Having finished architecture school in New York, he has spent the last decade developing multiple successful businesses that seek to grow beauty in his community. Most notable are a fine arts studio for kids and his residence design business.
